I know firsthand that the Disney Skyliner is wheelchair, ECV and stroller accessible, and you do not need to fold your stroller up. In fact, the Skyliner has gondolas which come to a complete stop to load passengers with ECVs or wheelchairs, so you won't feel rushed.
Do strollers fit on the Skyliner?
Yes and no. You must close side by side double strollers before stepping onto Disney's gondola. However, strollers with one seat in front of the other, also known as tandem strollers, can be pushed directly onto the gondola. It is easy to move the stroller on the Skyliner.Can you take a stroller on the gondola?
Yes, you can bring a stroller on the gondola. In the summer there are paved and gravel paths to get around. In the winter, many people bring their strollers over the snow and into the sundeck just fine.Can you bring food and drinks on the Skyliner?
You can bring all your park gear, including food and drinks on the Skyliner and enjoy them on board. The gondolas don't stop, but instead keep moving as they enter and exit the station (similar to the Haunted Mansion ride). Can you bring food on the Disney Skyliner?

It is fun and a unique experience. The only reason I didn't give it 10/10 is because the lines get crazy long in the morning and rival other forms of transportation, but the line moves fairly quickly. It's very much worth the wait! Disney is not allowing guests to ride continuously without getting off. Once you arrive at one of these locations you have to exit the Skyliner. If you want to get back on and keep riding that's no problem. You can go back where you came from, exit the Skyliner and get back in line to take another gondola.Why does the Skyliner slow down?
